2 oz Gin
1/4 oz Triple sec
1 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of quarter lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice.
  3. 5 CHURN and add more crushed ice so the cocktail fills the glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with lemon slice on rim.
  2. 7 Serve with a straw.
