Ingredients

3 fresh Basil leaves
2 oz Gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 dash Lemon bitters
2 oz Tonic water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist..

Method

  1. 3 Lightly MUDDLE basil (just to bruise) in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 POUR tonic water into the shaker before FINE straining into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  2. 7 Serve with a straw.
