1 oz German amaro
3/4 oz Ginger liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Creole-style bitters.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. 5 Crown with more crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with 3 dashes of Creole-style bitters to colour ice crown.
