Ingredients
5 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
1 dash Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, DRY SHAKE (without ice)
- 3 SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

This drink is based on a 2012 creation by Mal Spence, who was working at the Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow, Scotland.
