History

Smoky Islay malt adds aroma and flavour to this named cocktail with cherry fruitiness and smoothing egg yolk.

Julian de Feral developed this recipe in 2008 at Bureau in London, England. De Feral's original version involved rinsing the glass with Islay whisky, and his drink was based on aged rum, not Scotch.
