1/2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Blanco tequila
1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a sling glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first eight ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  2. 2 TOP with champagne, lightly stir and serve with straws.
