Ingredients
1 fresh Passion fruit
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/3 oz Orgeat syrup
1 dash Aromatic bitters
Top up with Soda water
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 Cut passion fruit in half and scoop fresh into shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
