1 oz Vanilla vodka
1/2 oz Passionfruit liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Passion fruit purée
1/3 oz Vanilla sugar syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of serve with brut sparkling wine, ideally rosé on the side.
  3. 3 BLEND all ingredients with ¾ of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
  4. 4 POUR into chilled glass.
