Ingredients
1 1/3 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Passionfruit liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Passion fruit purée
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel on rim, or float half a fresh passion fruit, or top centre of cocktail with a spoon of passion fruit seeds and flesh .
- 3 BLEND all ingredients with ¾ of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
- 4 POUR into chilled glass.
