5/6 oz Lemon juice
2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

Serve in a wine glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 BLEND all ingredients with 12oz scoop crushed ice.
- 4 POUR into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
