Ingredients
6 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/3 oz Bison grass vodka
2/3 oz Apple Schnapps
2/3 oz Apple juice
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of thinly cut apple slice (dehydrated)
Method
- 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Float (dehydrated) apple slice for garnish.
