1 1/2 oz Pisco
1/2 oz Kirschwasser
1/2 oz Spiced Pear liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with lime wedge (submerged).

History

Pisco and kirsch eau-de-vie feature in this delicately pear-flavoured sour.

J. E. Clapham, of Clapham Cocktails, created this drink in 2025. Clapham explains the name's origin: "The name refers to the Pisco Sour which travelled with Peruvians to San Francisco where, for a time, it rivalled the popularity of Pisco Punch."
