Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Gin
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
2 oz Pink grapefruit soda

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring grapefruit soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
