Ingredients
1 1/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1 barspoon Apricot jam/preserve
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey and water syrup
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice and mint sprig.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
