Ingredients
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/2 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of glass (just to bruise)
- 2 Add other ingredients
- 3 Half-fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon
- 4 Continue to add crushed ice and churn until drink is level with glass rim.
