Ingredients

1 sprig Rosemary sprig
2 grind Black pepper
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/3 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1 oz Lemon juice
2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
3 dash Aromatic bitters
3 dash Vanilla extract

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice and rosemary.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN back into shaker.
  3. 5 DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
