Ingredients
1 dried Clove
2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
3/4 oz Apple juice
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Honey and water syrup
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of physalis (cape gooseberry).
Method
- 3 MUDDLE clove in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with physalis (cape gooseberry) on rim.
