History
This richly flavoured, velvety cocktail has an almost custardy consistency but with a refreshing hint of lime.
This recipe is adapted from one created in 2002 by Salvatore Calabrese at the Library Bar at the Lanesborough Hotel in London, England, for Kirsten Fosbury. The Fosbury Flop, a high jump technique used by nearly all successful high jumpers today, was introduced by American Dick Fosbury, who won the Gold Medal at the 1968 Olympic Games.
