History

A genever-based Monte Cassino. Even with genever at twice the proportion of rye whiskey in the equal parts, the genever is overpowered by the other three ingredients in this very pleasant cocktail.

This is an adaptation of a recipe created around 2012 by Brian MacGregor, the bar manager at Jardinière in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, California.
