Ingredients

1/2 oz Grenadine syrup
1 oz Galliano liqueur
1 oz Black sambuca liqueur
1 oz Chartreuse Green
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)

How to make

Serve in a shot glass

  1. 1 Step 1: LAYER the first four ingredients by carefully pouring in order into a Martini glass
  2. 2 Step 2: In two shot glasses POUR the remaining two ingredients separately
  3. 3 Step 3: IGNITE the contents of the Martini glass
  4. 4 Give two long straws to the drinker and instruct them to drink the contents of the Martini glass in one go
  5. 5 As they do so, slowly POUR the contents of the two shot glasses into the flaming Martini glass.
