Ingredients
2 slice Cucumber (fresh)
2/3 oz Gin
1/3 oz Fernet liqueur
1/3 oz Lemon juice
2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 oz Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 3 TOP with sparkling wine.
