1/3 oz Mezcal
1/3 oz Tennessee whiskey
1/3 oz Agave syrup
1 dash Roasted duck fat wash
4 drop Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered olive.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
