Ingredients

1 oz Sloe gin liqueur
1 oz Palo cortado sherry
1 oz Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
1/6 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

FAIR & WARMER Sloe Gin ....... 1/3 jigger Sherry .......... 1/3 jigger Dubonnet ..... 1/3 jigger Benedictine ... 1 dash This drink is prepared by shaking the ingredients well with ice and then straining into a chilled cocktail glass before serving. FAIR & WARMER, No. 2 Bacardi ............ 2/3 jigger It. Vermouth ... 1/3 jigger Curacoa ........... 2 dashes As with the first version, shake the ingredients well with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
