  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge on rim.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

Tsipouro harmonises with pineapple juice, supported by complex herbal notes from Chartreuse and a hint of orange.

Argyris Mastrogianidis created this recipe at Funky Monkey in Kozani, Greece. It was one of ten winning recipes in the 2021 O/Purist Quest. Mastrogianidis stated, "The inspiration of the cocktail comes from what the O/Purist Tsipouro stands for, a Greek modern distillate that wants to give a new point of view and proposal for our traditional distillate, tsipouro."
