Ingredients
3 fresh Blackberries
2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
3/4 oz Blackberry liqueur
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
3 dash Creole bitters
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and blackberries.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7 Garnish with skewered blackberries.
