Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/6 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/3 oz Breakfast tea syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 dash Aromatic bitters
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 Dry shake all ingredients together, then shake vigorously with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
