Flavour profile

History

The Marmalade Cocktail is elevated by the addition of bitter liqueur and aromatic bitters, adding a complex bittersweet quality to the 1930 recipe from The Savoy Cocktail Book.

This cocktail was adapted from a riff on the Nuclear Daiquiri discovered in 2013 at Hawksmoor, Spitalfields, London, England. Huw Gott, Hawksmoor's co-founder, states the cocktail went on the menu soon after the restaurant and bar opened in 2006.
