7 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 oz Chartreuse Green
1 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3/4 oz Lime juice
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Serve with a straw.
