Ingredients

1 fresh Coriander/cilantro
1 oz Chartreuse Green
1/4 oz Absinthe
1/6 oz Apple Schnapps
1/2 oz Lime juice
1 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 Lightly MUDDLE coriander in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
