History

Smoky whisky and ginger beer, with lemon's balance and honey's richness.

This cocktail was adapted from a recipe by Chip Tyndale, based in New York City. It draws inspiration from Sam Ross's Penicillin cocktail and is named in homage to 134 Eldridge Street, the location of the original Milk & Honey bar where Sam Ross developed his modern classic.
