2 oz Gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a fizz or highball (8oz to 10oz)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a FIZZ OR HIGHBALL (8OZ TO 10OZ) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel and mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. (No ice in the glass.)

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with lemon slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
