12 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
2 oz Cranberry juice

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice
  3. 3 Serve with straws.

This is a signature cocktail at the Eclipse Bars, a chain of bars in London. The first Eclipse Bar opened in 1998 on Chelsea's Walton Street.
