Ingredients

3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 2/3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cucumber slice speared with mint sprigs bouquet.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with cucumber slice speared with mint sprigs bouquet.
