1 1/2 oz Rhubarb flavoured vodka
5/12 oz Lavender sugar syrup
1/3 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of dill sprigs and edible flower.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda.
