Ingredients

1 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Chartreuse Green
1 oz Sloe gin liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 pinch Salt
1/2 oz Egg white
2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

  1. 1 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker
  2. 2 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass (no ice in glass)
  3. 3 POUR soda into drink slowly from a height in order to build a (Ramos Gin Fizz style) thick foamy head
  4. 4 Serve with a straw.
