1/2 oz Earl Grey tea
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a flute glass
- 1 SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
- 2 TOP with champagne.
