History

An Angostura-heavy cocktail that works thanks to the rich balancing properties of almond syrup and pineapple. The genever base justifies the name and adds its distinctive character.

The year 2014 saw the creation of this drink by Theo Lieberman, who was then at Lantern's Keep and Milk & Honey in New York City, USA. This recipe is an adaptation of his original.
