Ingredients

2 oz Amontillado sherry
1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Lemon juice
5/12 oz Pineapple syrup
1 dash Aromatic bitters

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters and pineapple wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with 2 dashes of bitters to colour ice crown and pineapple wedge.
