A punchy dry aperitivo – sherry-influenced rum with bitters.
This drink is adapted from a recipe found in Harry Craddock's 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book. The original recipe, listed as the DUNLOP COCKTAIL, is as follows: 1 Dash Angostura Bitters. 1/3 Sherry 2/3 Rum. Stir well and strain into cocktail glass.
