Ingredients

1 oz Amaro (e.g. Braulio)
1/2 oz Rabarbaro liqueur
1/2 oz Amaro (e.g. Lucano)
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (dehydrated).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with lime wheel floated on surface.
