Ingredients

2 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of 2 skewered green olives.

Method

  1. 3 STIR vermouth with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN and discard excess to leave the glass and ice coated with vermouth.
  3. 5 Pour gin and orange bitters over vermouth-coated ice and STIR.
  4. 6 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with skewered olives.
