History

This drink is adapted from a cocktail by Kevin Armstrong, created circa 2005 at Match Bar in London, England. The Dry Daiquiri began its journey to becoming a modern classic cocktail in 2006/7 when it was added to the menu at Trailer Happiness in London's Notting Hill.
