Ingredients
3 whole Green cardamom pods
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
3/4 oz Apricot liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of nutmeg.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cardamom in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients.
- 5 SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
