Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Reposado tequila
5/6 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Gentian liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 1/2 oz Soda water

Serve in a collins glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel (& ideally a bouquet of edible flowers).

- 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5 TOP with soda.
