1 1/2 oz Fernet liqueur
3/4 oz Green crème de menthe

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

  1. 5 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

This drink bears the name of chef Fergus Henderson. He describes it as "a cure for any overindulgence." Henderson says the recipe belonged to his father. The Dr. Henderson can be ordered at any of his St. John's Restaurants, which are located throughout London.
