Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vermouth amaro (Pun.)
1 oz Bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Americano bianco
1/4 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
2 dash Aromatic bitters
2 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This drink is named after a work by American painter and illustrator Norman Rockwell (1894-1978). It is adapted from a 2019 recipe by Brian Nixon at the Truxton Inn in Washington D.C., USA.
