Ingredients
3/4 oz Lime flavoured vodka
3/4 oz Mixed berry flavoured vodka
3/4 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of 2 skewered blackcurrants (use half a wooden cocktail stick).
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with skewered berries in rim.
