History

Rum-forward with fruit notes, pleasantly balanced sweetness.

This cocktail, discovered in 1999 at One Aldwych, London, England, draws its name from Oscar Wilde's novel. In the story, a socialite's desire to remain eternally young and charming, like his portrait, is fulfilled. Influenced by his depraved friend Lord Henry Wotton, Dorian Gray embraces a life of sin and perversion. However, with each transgression, the painting ages while Gray retains his youth and health.
