History
Just three ingredients – rum-laced coffee liqueur topped by a velvety layer of chilled cream. Essentially a rum-based White Russian, but that description doesn't do justice to this delicious cocktail, best appreciated as a dessert alternative after a meal. Consider adding sugar syrup if using a very dry coffee liqueur.
Sasha Petraske first devised this drink in the early years of his celebrated New York City bar, Milk & Honey, USA.
