1 1/2 oz Swedish Punsch
3/4 oz Orange juice
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1 dash Orange bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

David A. Embury's 1948 book, The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks, includes a recipe for Doctor No. 3. It calls for "One part lemon juice, 1 part orange juice, 2 parts Swedish Punch."
